Chicken Mac & Cheese

I especially like to make it in the winter time, from scratch of course, but this is a great one for your summer table. By adding roasted chicken, a generous portion of tangy goat cheese and some Parmesan cheese this classic dish is brought to a whole new level!chixmaccheese1In my quest for some good hearty recipes I came across this one. As always, whenever I find a good recipe, I tend to tweak it a little to give it my own flare. This chicken mac and cheese recipe is easy, super quick to make and incredibly satisfying.
