I love the color yellow. And although it’s not a color I wear regularly, when I do wear it I always get a sense of happiness and lightheartedness, it’s such an upbuilding color. It’s bright, happy and definitely puts me in a better mood. Am I the only one who feels this way about yellow? It also happens to be a color, depending on the brightness of the hue, you can easily transition it into your fall wardrobe.

The dress reminds of me of some version of a Greek toga. It’s flowy and feminine and the tassels and shirred waist make it super easy to wear. There isn’t much fuss about it. I love wearing pieces that are comfy and chic!
I paired my dress with these fun silky knot tassel earrings in Dark Coral. I’m not a fan of giant earrings (I prefer statement necklaces) but these are incredibly light and soft. I thought the punch of color would go great with the yellow. They come in a total of six fun colors to choose from.
My striped tote is a recent purchase from the Nordstrom #nsale. At just under $36 it’s a great buy! It’s huge, I love the striped pattern and it’s faux leather! You wouldn’t know it by just looking at it. It feels nice and has great quality construction. It comes in one other color combo and it also includes it’s own makeup pouch! The colors are perfect for the upcoming fall season but can be styled now with other summer trends.
